He looks like a criminal, a smooth one at that.
I really do admire the shading from here, it is very reminiscent of those old Sonic renders from the 90s in a way. Considering the alignments to Sonic 3's music with Micheal Jackson's music, it only makes the art piece more awesome to look at.
After seeing the full thing, I must you did a great job on making the art piece. Cheers to more days of Sonic!
